In order to motivate the spirit as well as create a strong rebound in speeding up the construction process for the project VNO CE–003, the leadership QIS suggest goals, encourage all employees unionize take initiative in work implementation plan: such as solutions of overtime in work, technical improvement, determine to finish the best all objectives set out to hand over the project to Investor, also ensure safety, on time for the schedule and achieve the highest results.
