Scientific Conference on "Current Status and Direction of Development in Science and Technology in the Energy Sector 2021-2030" took place on October 20, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City, at the National Science and Technology Programs Office, Ministry of Science and Technology. The conference aimed to update, exchange, and discuss the direction of R&D in addressing pressing issues such as energy transition, solar energy, and smart grids, as outlined in the Framework Program KC.05/21-30 (National-level Science and Technology Program for the period up to 2030: "Research, application, and development of energy technology").
QIS had the honor of being among the rare units invited to attend, alongside various Ministry Departments, to present on the topic of Innovation and Reform in Revolutionizing Global Inspection and Evaluation. Mr. Le Van Nghi, Chairman cum CEO of QIS, shared insights into the practical application of energy, renewable energy, atomic energy, which the company has been developing in its core services, as well as emphasizing expanded collaborations and highlighting scientific research topics for the development of green and sustainable energy.
During the conference, experts collaborated to identify and resolve existing issues, determine practical needs, assess feasibility, applicability, suitability, and the potential for technology transfer to Vietnam. This served as a foundation for state management agencies such as the Ministry of Science and Technology in their policy development efforts and in effectively fulfilling their role in state management, supporting businesses through technology supply-demand connections in the future.
