Q.I.S provides maintenance services for all types of HRSGs, including both cogeneration and waste heat boilers. Whether the plant/customer/owner requires inspection/supervision, maintenance of a coil, tube bundle, or an entire module, Q.I.S has the capability to provide monitoring services, project management, and manpower to execute these tasks in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and revenue loss for the plant/customer.

Q.I.S's experienced management and supervision team, along with our partner Greens Power Equipment/Tei (with over 100 years of experience in designing, constructing, manufacturing, testing, maintaining, and repairing boilers and HRSGs), will assess the implementation methods to determine the most efficient work plan to minimize downtime and restore equipment to maximum production levels.

The solutions that Q.I.S is successfully providing to customers include:

• Provision and technical support in terms of management consultancy, personnel (including E&I Supervision, Mechanical and Piping Supervision, Structural Supervision, Painting Supervision, etc.)
• Periodic Inspection/Maintenance: Annual inspections and maintenance include inspections of feedwater piping, boiler shells, gas ducts, upper and lower headers, piping and pressure parts of the boiler, HRSG flue gas ducts, steam leads, SCR & CO catalysts, blowdown tank, and drums.
• Minor scope inspections: Major inspections encompass both minor scope inspections and supplementary inspections for specific components. Q.I.S uses standards to define more detailed inspection scopes for specific components such as temperature control devices, emissions control equipment, steam leads, control valves, and safety valves.
