Congratulations to the Nhon Trach Project - Dong Nai Branch of QIS for the successful completion of the 12-day and night campaign for the cladding vessel ASBEA-V-2702, following the meticulously set schedule. This truly marks a proud milestone, showcasing QIS's remarkable talent in the first-ever cladding vessel project, while also achieving the recognized standards.
From the early stages of the project, the Advanced NDT department of the Technical Survey Division wholeheartedly focused on the PAUT inspection of the cladded vessel's welding joints. This challenging inspection involved the participation of six NDT Level III personnel, given its complexity with cladding and the use of inconnel 625 material, one-sided access to the welding joint, and a single bevel edge.
Despite thorough preparations, we encountered numerous difficulties during the execution. However, through effective collaboration with various cooperating units to find optimal solutions, we overcame the challenging technical obstacles and implemented the project safely, successfully, and efficiently.
After dedicating countless days and nights at the construction site, culminating in the victorious 12-day and night campaign, the true heroes of QIS have fulfilled their mission with overwhelming joy. They have ensured adherence to schedule, quality, and met the stringent requirements for safety and advanced technology. This successful project serves as a heartfelt congratulatory message and a symbol of dedication from all QIS members.
